This app challenged me to primarily use CSS Grid to structure the application. CSS Grid was a powerful tool to throw together the layout of the application. The ability to quickly map out columns and rows makes intuitive sense for someone like me with a background in spreadsheets.
You may notice the bottom picture grid. This was good practice in manipulating images and sizing them according to the height and width of the grid cell that they occupy. The images maintain their aspect ratios while covering the entire visible frame without stretching the image to conform.
